Refund policy

At Mrignayani, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of artificial jewellery, we only accept returns in specific situations mentioned below.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements if:

• You received a damaged product, or
• You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for any other reason (change of mind, dislike, size expectation, etc.).

Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Unboxing video/photos showing the issue

⚠️ Requests without proof may not be approved.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only. We do not offer refunds.

Once the return is approved:

• We arrange pickup if the item is defective/damaged.
• Replacement is shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

Return Shipping Charges

• If item is damaged/wrong → We pay return shipping.
• If customer requests return for any other reason → Not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Inspection & Approval

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Without signs of wear

If the product fails inspection, replacement may be denied.
