Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for all non-sale products.

Exchange Process:

• Ship the product back to us within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging
• Securely pack with bubble wrap before shipping
• Shipping charges for return are to be borne by the customer
• Once we receive and inspect the product, a store credit / coupon code will be issued within 5 business days for the value of the item, valid for future purchases

2. Return Policy

Damaged or Wrong Item Received:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

We will arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Damaged Returns:
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, the item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned within 3 days of delivery
• In original packaging

Refund will be issued as a store credit / coupon code — no cash refunds.

3. Refund Policy

Mrignayani does not offer cash refunds. All approved refunds are issued as a store credit or coupon code equivalent to the product value, valid for future purchases on mrignayani.shop.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

On successful cancellation:

• Refund will be processed after deducting ₹100 shipping fee
• Any applicable tax charges are the customer's responsibility
• Refund issued as store credit within 5 business days
